Glannu

Pune, Maharashtra

We build the software
our own business
runs on.

Websites, catalogues, web applications - and increasingly, AI agents that take repetitive work off your team. The clearest example is Glannu itself: three live storefronts, thousands of products, designed, built and run by this team.

Selected work

Three storefronts, one team

Each of these is live. Each serves a different buyer, with its own catalogue, data model and deployment.

AI & agents

Put AI where the
repetitive work is

Most businesses do not need a chatbot. They need one repetitive, judgement-light task taken off a person's desk - reading enquiries, drafting quotes, cleaning product data, sorting documents. That is where agents earn their cost, and it is where we start.

Start with one workflow
Pick a single task with a clear before-and-after. Broad rollouts fail because nobody can tell whether they worked.
Measure before you build
How long the task takes today and how often it goes wrong. Without that, there is no way to prove the agent helped.
Keep a person in the loop
Anything that reaches a customer or moves money gets human approval until the numbers earn more autonomy.
Your data stays yours
Deployed in your accounts, with your keys. No training on your business data.
  • 01

    WhatsApp sales agent

Answers product questions from your own catalogue, qualifies the enquiry, and hands a warm lead to a human with the conversation attached. In India, WhatsApp is where B2B buying actually happens.

Bounded to your catalogue, so it cannot invent products or prices.

  • 02

    Quote and RFQ automation

Reads an incoming enquiry - email, WhatsApp or a form - matches items against your price list, and drafts a quote for a person to check and send.

A human approves every quote before it leaves.

  • 03

    Catalogue enrichment

Writes and cleans product descriptions, normalises specifications, fills gaps and assigns categories across thousands of SKUs - the work nobody has time to do by hand.

Output is reviewable in bulk and cheap to correct.

  • 04

    Tender and document processing

Pulls requirements, quantities and specifications out of tender PDFs and datasheets, and flags which of your products match.

Extraction is checkable line by line against the source.

  • 05

    Internal knowledge assistant

Answers staff questions from your own documents - datasheets, price lists, policies, past quotes - with a citation back to the source document.

Every answer carries a link to where it came from.

  • 06

    Custom agents and integrations

Multi-step agents that use real tools - your database, CRM, spreadsheets, email - to complete a task end to end, with logging so you can see what they did.

Every action is logged and reversible.

Where we would tell you not to

Agents are poor at tasks needing real accountability, judgement under ambiguity, or perfect recall of things that change hourly. They are also easy to over-engineer: plenty of jobs sold as AI are better solved by a well-designed form, a database query or a scheduled script - and cost far less to run. If that is the honest answer for your case, we will say so before you spend anything.

AI agents & automation

03

06

07

Google Business Profile, consistent name-address-phone across properties, location landing pages.

08

Google and Meta campaigns, conversion tracking, and reporting tied to enquiries rather than clicks.

09

Brand & interface

Identity, design systems and interface design carried consistently across a family of sites.

10

Hosting & maintenance

Domains, DNS, SSL, deployment pipelines and ongoing upkeep after launch.

How we work

Four steps,
no mystery

You see the site as it is built, on a URL you can open at any time. Nothing is revealed at the end.

  1. 01

    Scope

We work out what the site actually has to achieve - enquiries, orders, credibility - and what it does not need.

  2. 02

    Design

Interface and content structure, reviewed as real pages rather than static mockups.

  3. 03

    Build

Built in the open on a preview URL you can watch change, so nothing lands as a surprise.

  4. 04

    Run

Launch, then measurement and upkeep. Most of our work is with clients we have already launched.
